We encourage members to communicate openly with each other on TOTO STORE. However, your communication with sellers (whether via email, Trade Manager, community discussion boards or other methods) should not include any of the following:
Sending Spam
We do not allow our members to send spam messages. “Spam” means email (or part of an email) that is unsolicited in nature. “Unsolicited” means that the person receiving the message did not request that it be sent to them.
Some examples of spam include:
Sending unsolicited email offers to members
Invitations to join a mailing list that are not related to the transaction being made
Unsolicited offers to buy or sell products available on TOTO STORE
Buying or selling items sold outside of TOTO STORE
Threats, profanity, or hate speech
Please be sure to follow these guidelines or you may be subject to a range of disciplinary actions, including blocking your messages, restrictions on purchasing privileges, and suspension or termination of your account.
